Pre-existing Intellectual Property (IP) and Protection Strategy
Pre-existing IP: describe patents, applications, registrations, trade secrets, software, databases, know-how, or other existing IP assets linked to the proposal.
Benefits for ITL: indicate possible royalties, licenses, equity, technological services, or other return mechanisms associated with derived IP.
Maturity and Technological Scaling
Solution Validation Environment: specify whether validation occurred in a laboratory, pilot plant, field, industrial operation, or other relevant environment.

Explain how the proposal contributes to the diversification of the productive matrix of the northern macrozone. Indicate sectors or new lines of activity that could be developed from the project.
Describe the new business opportunities that the solution could enable in the territory, including products, services, spin-offs, specialized suppliers, or marketable capabilities.
Strategic Alignment and Partnership
Indicate the connection of the proposal to one or more cross-cutting ITL challenges, if any.

Letters of interest or support.
Official documentation issued by, or filed with, the appropriate governmental, regulatory, judicial, or registration authority that demonstrates the organization's legal existence and status as a recognized legal entity. The documentation must have been issued or certified within the 90 days preceding its submission.
The submission of information and background provided by the proponent must be carried out by the legal representative of the entity or by a person authorized to act on its behalf, evidenced by a simple sworn statement.
